By enrolling in this class and using this website (www.softict.lk), you agree to follow all the Terms and Conditions stated here. These terms are created by the teacher providing the class (SoftICT) and apply to all students who join, access materials, or participate in lessons.
Students must provide accurate account information. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to enroll and make payments.
Access to lessons, materials, and assignments is granted only after payment is completed. Your access may be paused or removed if payments fail or if you violate class rules.
All class fees must be paid monthly. Payments are non-refundable unless the Teacher specifically offers a refund for a valid issue. If payment fails or is reversed, your account will be automatically removed from the class until the issue is resolved.
All notes, videos, assignments, explanations, and study materials are created and owned by the Teacher. Students are strictly prohibited from:
Any violation may result in removal from the class without a refund.
Students must communicate respectfully with the Teacher and other students. Abusive, rude, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the class.
The Teacher does not guarantee exam results, grades, or performance improvements. Student results depend on individual effort and study habits.
The Teacher reserves the right to remove or block any student who violates these terms, behaves inappropriately, fails to make payments, or disrupts the learning environment.
Refunds are granted solely at the Teacher's discretion. Students must contact the Teacher for any refund requests. The Platform itself does not provide refunds on behalf of the Teacher.
The Teacher may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Students will be notified of major changes through the Platform.
